An open machine shed will become a new dwelling house and an old cattle barn will become a hall for commercial use and apartments will be built above. The old hayloft will remain in the lower area as a storage hall for agricultural activity in the upper area, which is no longer needed for agriculture, apartments will also be developed. The original character of the buildings should remain recognizable after the expansion, the transformation of the buildings should remain readable, the history and tradition of the farm should remain tangible. With the new infrastructure, the further agricultural cultivation of the surrounding countryside will be secured for the coming generations.
